Senior Recruitment Consultant, Industrial - Burnley

£33,000 - £36,000 p/year depending on experience, company car allowance of £3,500 and commission, 22 days holiday plus bank holidays. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Consultant looking for the next step up in their career or a Senior with aspirations to become a Branch Manager. This is a very warm desk with an abundance of clients that need an experienced Senior to lead and grow the business. You will be hands on in this role and will do the full 360 recruitment cycle from arranging meetings to signing off payroll.


Responsibilities:


  • Mentoring and coaching 2 Industrial Consultants
  • Attend new and service visits with prospective and existing clients.
  • Mentor junior members of the team.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies for achieving departmental goals.
  • Negotiate pricing with new clients.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of the department.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement.

Salary:
£33,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
