Sales Enablement Lead
This year we launched Treatwell Pro, a more premium and sophisticated software for our salon partners.

Building off of what we've learned selling Treatwell in the past, we must enable our sales teams with best in class product knowledge and software salesskills.

Within this role you will work closely with all three of our sales teams, Sales Development, Inside Sales and Field Sales, and report directly to our Sales Director.


You will be responsible for understanding the competitive landscape, product features and benefits, how these translate into a sales pitch that resonates, and providing insightful data-driven feedback to our internal teams for us to continually improve.


We have gained a much better understanding of our partners and how to make them successful over the last years.

Part of this includes taking a Saas first approach to ensure they get the full benefit of Treatwell for both existing and new customers.

As apart of the UK&I supply team you will share our mission to sell, train, engage and retain the best salons across the UK & Ireland.


You will be responsible for:


  • Developing a deep understanding of Treatwell Pro working closely with our Product Expert; to be the source of knowledge for the sales team.
  • Deep understanding how our product features and benefits translate into the most effective sales pitch along with the key challenges and goals of a salon owner.
  • Be an expert on how our product compares to competitive salon software.
  • Working directly with our Sales Director to ensure our playbook is being executed at its best; providing coaching where there are gaps, and training to further develop the team's skills.
  • Conducting regular upskilling workshops with the team (product and industry knowledge sharing sessions, sales skills).
  • Own the onboarding process for all new sales team members.
  • Shadowing the team in action and understanding where gaps and strengths lay, making recommendations to upskill and implementing them.

About You:


  • A proven track record of success and a top salesperson yourself
  • Sales training experience, onboarding, upskilling, best practice sharing
  • A passion for teaching and coaching
  • A strategic mindset and a handson mentality
  • Flexible and willing to go the extra mile if necessary
  • Very strong communication and presentation skills, both towards senior management as well as to local operational teams
  • A team player with the ability to build relationships with local teams and team leaders
