New role available for an Intermediate level Project Manager to join a relatively new Project Management team based in Manchester.

You'll be part of a highly established Architecture & Built Environment Practice who have several high profile healthcare projects lined up for the new year as you assist and lead on these from a Project Management standpoint liaising and working closely withthe Quantity Surveyors and Architects delivering these schemes.

Ideally you will have a RICS accredited degree under your belt with a few years at least having worked via a contractor or similar consultancy.

Having worked on healthcare projects isn't vital as it's more about understanding the process throughout the design& build phase. They also have a number of residential work happening so this would also be advantageous.

Brilliant position to join a rapidly growing Project Management team who have full flexibility and modern style working arrangements in place which benefits all their staff to perform well and enjoy their work.

General duties:

Relevant degree qualified (Surveying/Construction Management)
Proven track record as a Project Manager (ideally within a consultancy/clientside environment)
Knowledge and experience working through JCT/Traditional contracts
Knowledge and experience working through RIBA Stages
Responsible for managing and delivering your own projects on time and within budget
Pre and post contract experience
Dealing with Tenders, negotiating with contractors, procurement knowledge etc
Comfortable in Client facing role and developing Client relationships
