Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this role is responsible for the development, content creation and execution of the social media strategy across the Happy Egg co, Purely Organic & Freshlay brands.

We're on the hunt for aSocial Media Executive, reporting into the Marketing Manager.
In this role, you will act as the gatekeeper of the brand across social, creating content that's fun, engaging and always feels human
A little bit about the role & what you will be doing:
All about the Comms - Craft compelling social media content strategies that ignite brand awareness and captivate consumers, collaborating closely with the brand team to align with overarching brand campaigns. Leading briefing to develop social content with external agencies
The Brand Gatekeeper - Stay abreast of the latest trends, techniques, and best practices in social media marketing, consistently exploring novel platforms, features, and opportunities to elevate the brand's social media presence to new heights.
An Eye for the Detail - You will have a keen eye for how our brand is used externally, managing & working alongside our external agencies who support things like working with influencers, & other brand partnerships.
Tracking and optimising performance - Utilising a variety of tools and platforms to track, measure, and analyse social media performance, delivering comprehensive reports on key metrics, trends, and insights to inform future strategies and campaigns.
A bit about you:
- Passionate about social media and keeping up to date with latest digital trends and opportunities.
- Knowledge and experience of building social media content and audiences
- Exceptional copywriting and community management skills.
- Knowledge of social insights and experience using social listening and reporting tools.
- Creativity
- Planning skills and strong attention to detail
- Ability to present data and report back on KPIs and performance tracking
- Good use of creative design packages, photoshop, indesign or equivalent
- Strong English literacy skills.
