Location:
London / National
Through a fascinating blend of research, planning, people skills and intuitive management, you will lead on up to five medium size national events, attracting between 200 and 1,500 attendees that align with business priorities, respond to market demand, and drive the growth of our portfolio.
Key elements of the role:
- Develop the event strategy for up to five virtual, hybrid or live commercial conferences.
- Carry out highquality research and develop leadingedge conference agendas, product addons and new launches that respond to the needs of our audience and sponsors.
- Source, test, recruit and brief highcalibre Csuite speakers to deliver the talks and case studies.
- Liaise with sponsors to develop programme content, communicate deadlines and share information.
- Work with the marketing manager to guide your sales team's strategy with indepth research and a thorough understanding of your delegate market's key business challenges.
- Minimum two years of experience of managing and delivering large scale, complex commercial event programmes.
- Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and strong customer care abilities.
- Experience working autonomously in a leadership position or as a project lead with crossfunctional teams.
- Powerful and persuasive copy writing.
