Customer Service Desk Agent to join their Waltham Abbey based team.

You will be an essential part of the customer journey, liaising with national and international teams to ensure a seamless service.

Based in Waltham Abbey, this is a full-time, permanent position working Monday - Friday, offering a salary up to £28,000.

The day to day

Acting as the first point of contact for customer enquiries, providing exceptional support.
Liaising with international teams, ensuring the seamless daytoday running of the customer journey.
Preparing quotes, controlling stock, and resolving order issues.
Promoting sales campaigns in line with company procedure.

You will have/be

Previous experience in a customerfacing role.
Able to confidently communicate at all levels, and effectively resolve customer complaints.
Proactive, and adaptable attitude.
Highly organised and able to work individually, as well as in a team.
Strong IT skills, and experience using Microsoft Office.
