Dukes is an award-winning Enforcement company centrally located in Stone, a canal town between Stoke-on-Trent and Stafford. Our clients are largely local authorities for whom we collect unpaid council tax debt, business rates and more.We're a family run company with of roughly 80 employees located across England and Wales, with roughly 40 people based in our Stone head office.

The role:
As an Enforcement Team Administrator, you'll be responsible for the daily operational support for all of our Enforcement Agents.
Other responsibilities include:
- Monitoring of staff (Enforcement Agent cleansing)
- Completion of weekly plans, alongside the Enforcement team
- Vehicle tracking and monitoring
- Reviewing all Enforcement Agent's certificates
- Liaising with all other departments within the business
- Working closely with the CFO and Accounts to process Enforcement Agent's banking
- Enforcement Agent recruitment

The skills / experience you'll need:
- You will have proven experience in a fast paced, administrative role.
- The ability to work as part of a team.
- Proven experience using Microsoft Office systems.
- Excellent communication you have strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Personable you know how to make colleagues and clients comfortable talking to you, and they find you both engaging and credible.
- Organisation you can follow a process, handle multiple and changing timescales and stay on top of a varied and rapidly changing workload without dropping the ball. You are flexible and highly selfmotivated as well as being able to work as part of a collaborative team.
