We are delighted to be working with a highly successful company who are experts in site security and earthing solutions.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established team as a Document Controller on a permanent basis in the Northumberland area.


Reporting to the Technical Manager, the Document Controller will be responsible for coordinating all activities relating to operations, liaising with designers, estimators and buyers, ensuring all document control records are managed and organised so thatthey are current and up to date.


The Document Controller Role
The Document Controller will have a range of duties as below:

  • Managing technical documents, drawings and records.
  • Monitoring compliance across all documentation.
  • Developing new systems using document control and driving process improvements.
  • Providing document support to the team.
  • Handling sensitive information and ensuring it is protected in line with policies and procedures.
  • Be the first point of contact for telephone enquiries

About You


The successful Document Controller will be dynamic, motivated and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment adapting to changing priorities.


Other requirements include:

  • Knowledge of security/construction/engineering processes
  • Have a good technical ability
  • Excellent IT knowledge and skills
  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Engineering Administrator
  • Service Administrator
  • Document Support Administrator
