Our In-house Recruitment team is looking for experienced Recruitment professionals to join our team on a 10-month FTC.

This is a 360-recruitment role that will be responsible for supporting our resourcing plan, predominately across our Operational teams in the South of England and Scotland.

What will an average day look like?

Consulting with hiring managers to understand the requirements for current openings
Updating job adverts with a specific focus on attracting a more diverse workforce
Creating interview packs and providing expert support in interviews
Running regular recruitment events, such as assessment centres
Providing accurate and regular recruitment data
Participating in job fairs and networking events, and being a brand ambassador for SGN
Liaising with agencies on our PSL with regards to permanent, temporary, and contract vacancies

What you'll need

Track record of recruiting effectively for a diverse workforce
Strong stakeholder management ability
Experience with an ATS system
Flexibility to travel to our sites across Southern England and Scotland, from time to time
Ability to manage changing priorities, whilst remaining organised and efficient
Competency with LinkedIn Recruiter would be an advantage, but is not essential
