Venture Recruitment Partners are delighted to be supporting a leading FMCG business based in Maidenhead, who are seeking to recruit a Finance Business Partner on a 12-15 month fixed term contract.

Salary ,000 + bonus

Remote working

Key Responsibilities of the Finance Business Partner include:

  • Reporting of the financial price variance position
  • Working with Senior Management to understand and explain the variances to budget/forecast
  • Preparation and entering of journals into system
  • Completing period end controls
  • Assist with Commercial Finance reconciliations
  • Business partner the team to create the budget/forecast
  • Provide analysis, challenge and presentation support
  • Support the budget/forecast creation for an international market
  • Own the standard cost setting process as part of budget
  • Support with the financial assessment of new product launches
  • Involvement in the ERP implementation
Key Skills and Experience of the Finance Business Partner include:

  • Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, ACMA)
  • Business Partnering experience
  • FMCG sector experience (desirable)
  • Strong IT skills, particularly Excel
  • Good communicator
  • Results focussed
  • Previous experience of temp/contract work (desirable)
