This is a great opportunity for a Senior Talent Partner, who will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, and will think creatively about how to hire top sales talent.

As part of the Chapter 2 team, you will have ownership to deliver across the full recruitment cycle and hire at all levels of the business.

You will become a true partner to the company's internal teams and work closely with hiring managers and senior leaders to deliver on their hiring goals.

The role will be working closely with senior leaders across Chapter 2.


What you'll be doing
You will be a key Senior Talent Partner for a growing Berlin based Series B scale up. Who have just raised a considerable investment. This position requires a keen understanding of the sales industry, and the ability to identify and engage high-caliber talent.

Track and report on talent acquisition metrics, such as time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, cost per hire, etc.

This is initially a 2 month FTC with the view to extend.


Who you are
A driven professional with a passion for talent sourcing with a keen interest/experience in sales recruitment.


You will have at least 5 years of experience, preferably within a dynamic environment, and have a track record of success in identifying and engaging senior talent.

A team player, you excel in collaborative settings and can work effectively alongside senior stakeholders.

A strong focus in Delivery across sales roles.

You will be strong in sourcing, independently, driven and autonomous, especially in stakeholder management and problem solving.

A Strong communicator in German and English.

You will be based in the UK or Germany.
