RESPONSIBLE FOR:
The delivery of first-class customer care services to the Company's tenants.
OVERALL, PURPOSE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
To provide with others the following customer services:
- First point of contact for all customers, providing a 'One-Stop Shop' approach to answering all customer enquiries wherever possible
- Entering full details of
all communications into QL to provide an audit trail - Processing incoming payments
- Additional cover for reception services at the Company's head office
- Administrative support to the Company's headquarters staff
- Processing Home swapper Applications
- Additional cover for Post Services
- Support Contact Centre Experience Manager and Facilities & Customer Experience Advisor in providing Facilities Management Services
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
- To answer all incoming communication to the business as first priority.
- To provide a fully computerised housing advice service to include:
- Repairs logging
- Repairs appointments
- Repairs ordering
- To provide support for office administration services at the Company's headquarters.
- Support Customer Accounts Team by taking Rent payments when possible.
- To assist the Contact Centre Experience Manager in providing facilities management services for Stennack House, including repairs & maintenance, stationery and canteen supplies.
- To carry out telephone-based surveys, collect Census data and update company records in CSP. To efficiently update computer records and data during communications with customers.
- Support Neighbourhood Services by input of First Response enquiries into QL, checking that open cases are not duplicated.
- Accurate and timely inputting of data into the management database, ensuring compliance with data protection and equality & diversity policies and procedures.
Job Types:

Pay:
£23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

Education:
- GCSE or equivalent (required)
Experience:
- customer service: 1 year (required)
