Your team:

Your role:


  • Act as the first point of contact for incoming consultant queries ensuring efficient and accurate responses. Liaise with various other teams across PAM as necessary.
  • Support the team in their preparation for meetings with consultants by preparing data, presentations etc as required, and ensure the timely delivery of meeting follow ups.
  • Proactively develop Pictet's brand through specific consultant online communities.
  • Assist the team in mapping the consultant market, identifying key contacts etc. Over time, begin to develop your own relationships with consultants.
  • Close liaison with the Consultant Database Team to ensure that PAM is accurately represented across databases and proactively maintain internal systems such as Salesforce.

Your profile:


  • One to two years' post graduate experience within Asset Management or financial services.
  • You may already be studying towards the IMC. If not, you should be eager to complete this in the near future.
  • Solid understanding of the Asset Management industry and the role consultants play within that landscape.
  • Motivated, proactive, and hungry to learn more about consultant relations with a desire to move into a relationship management role in future.
