The company has almost a hundred years of activity and invests heavily in their employee to help them achieve their goals.

The business is looking for a result driven and independent Demand Planner to add to their growing team in Woking.

This is a hybrid role, with 2 days in the office.

Responsibilities:

Creation and review of the product demand forecast
Business planning: integration of demand plans into business activities
Supporting the creation of a promotional forecast
Measuring forecast accuracy and creating insight from business forecast analysis to drive improvements
Liaising with 3PL and supply planning teams to manage shortdated stock
Working closely with various departments such as: marketing, finance to increase profitability

Requirements:

Strong experience in demand planning, ideally in Food industry
Advanced Excel skills
Great communications and presentation skills
Team player with strong attention to detail and cando attitude
