Office and Health and Safety Manager

Responsibilities

  • Complying and working to the Achilles B2 framework, of which the company is audited against each year
  • Updating and maintaining all company management policies and health & safety polices
  • Running and developing Internal company management audits
  • Office management, (administration and coordination), liaising with staff and running the office premises
  • PA roles to Managing Director, with the potential to grow and expand this into a dedicated, separate job role.
  • Help in the development and growth of the business, implementing and maintaining new and existing company procedures

Required Work Experience

  • Health and safety management experience preferred
  • Experience with external third party management company audits (Achilles) preferred
  • Office administration roles preferred
  • Previous organisation or logístical roles
  • As the company is in engineering, any experience within the engineering industry would be preferred.
  • Experience in working within a small company preferred.

Skills

  • Being a logical thinker, with good organisational skills
  • To be outgoing and proactive
  • Being able to work independently
  • Being a team player, with good communication skills
  • IT Skills required, (Word/Excel/Outlook, with potential to implement Microsoft Project)

Education

  • IOSHH and/or NEBOSH certification is preferred. Options to train in this would be considered


Eurograde are a small, family run business, established in 1972, specialising in commercial biogas heating solutions within the water industry.

This includes full turnkey projects, installation and maintenance of gas pipework, burners, boilers and associated controls. Our company offices are based in Farnham, Surrey. We are a team of 6, who also outsource to a number of specialist sub-contractors.


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
