Use your skills and experience to join a leading health and fitness brand and lead the team as a Customer Service Manager (CSM).

This company are renowned for supplying a premium product range to a national and international network and are excited to open up an opportunity for somebody to join the team


A crucial and responsible role, you will form part of the hands-on manager team, driving the delivery of outstanding customer service, liaising with the internal marketing function to drive e-commerce to increase order volume and value.


You will manage a team of two, delivering excellent customer service, efficient order management and soft promotion of new products.

The company have an existing customer base of 10,000 users and a key objective is to develop brand loyalty in return forcustomer membership, where the customer is given priority access to sales, promotions and discounts.


You will be experienced within customer services looking to join where you can settle and stay long time and have an opportunity to experience customer service and marketing.

5 weeks holiday plus bank holidays, pension and free onsite parking.
