    Counsel - Privacy Counsel/Senior Privacy Analyst

    At Worley, we're a global professional services company of energy, chemicals and resources experts headquartered in Australia. We partner with our customers to deliver projects and create value over the life of their portfolio of assets.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Advise on data protection obligations under GDPR and other applicable legislation.
    • Monitor compliance with data protection policies and procedures.
    • Lead awareness-raising activities and training for employees on data protection.
    • Implement transparency and permissions across touchpoints.
    • Review Privacy Impact Assessments and vendor risk assessments.
    • Maintain records of processing activities and contracts.
    • Collaborate with the Legal team on data sharing arrangements.
    • Stay informed of Data Privacy Law changes worldwide.

    Requirements:

    • Data Protection Compliance: Good experience of data protection frameworks.
    • Relationship Management: Experience of maintaining good relationships with stakeholders.
    • Project Management: Experience of working on data protection projects.
    • Personal: Strong organisational, communication and project management skills.
    • IT: Working knowledge of using software to handle data protection matters.
