We are currently looking to recruit a Sales Coordinator to join Meetings and Events Sales Team at The Londoner Hotel.

Overview:


  • As a Sales Coordinator you will aim to
    achieve hotel revenue, profit and customer satisfaction goals by developing and implementing strategies to increase hotel M&E sales.
  • To maximize M&E sales by professional and efficient handling of bookings from the initial enquiry through to the final completion and follow up of each function.
  • To exceed the customer's expectation on every occasion ensuring that we become the preferred venue for our new, existing and past clients and booking agents.

About You:


  • Familiar with the local area and knowledgeable about the competition in the hotel and venues sector.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
  • Confident and able to communicate effectively to establish rapport.
  • Can effectively relate to and work with team members to sustain high performance and quality levels.
  • Applies Stirling Training sales techniques in customer interactions to maximize business conversion.
  • Understands the hotel's positioning, services offered, and can effectively meet customer needs while closing business deals.
