Main Responsibilities:


  • Management responsibility for existing team and support with expansion of team.
  • Opening new accounts with credit limits for customers.
  • Assist with the improvement of invoicing timelines.
  • Assist with processing of unallocated cash balances.
  • Manage all customer invoicing and input of data.
  • Be a part of process and procedure improvements for the function.
  • Debt reporting to Senior Management.
  • Deal with all queries driving resolution to reduce debtor balances.
  • Overseeing any credit reviews, submission of overdue accounts list and other matters.
  • Ensure smooth running of the credit control system.
  • Regular review of aged debtors listing, credit limits and receipt allocations.
  • Dealing with customer queries.
  • Manage problematic accounts.
  • Prepare monthly aged debtors with action reports for the directors.
  • Any additional adhoc support as advised by the Financial Controller and CFO

Key Skills and experience:


  • A professional qualification or QBE.
  • Previous experience working in an Accounts Receivable or Credit Control role.
  • Excellent attention to detail and administration skills.
  • Able to pick up new systems quickly and efficiently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organised and proactive, team player.
