Are you a driven and qualified Lawyer with 3-7 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) seeking a dynamic career in private equity?


We are a leading international law firm with a renowned private equity practice seeking a talented Associate to join our team in London.


About the role:

In this exciting role, you will play a vital role in supporting our team on a wide range of private equity transactions, including:

  • Mergers and acquisitions
  • Leveraged buyouts
  • Venture capital investments
  • Fund formation and structuring
  • Portfolio company work
  • Exit transactions
You will work closely with Partners and Senior Associates, gaining exposure to all aspects of the private equity lifecycle.

This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your legal expertise and deal with complex matters in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.


What we are looking for:


  • A qualified Lawyer with experience in private equity transactions
  • A strong understanding of the legal and commercial issues relevant to private equity deals
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation and execution skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and meet tight deadlines
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A collaborative and teamoriented approach
  • A keen interest in the private equity industry
