We have recently secured global resale rights with the world's leading low earth orbit satellite network provider, Starlink to deliver their services on land and at sea.

Starlink is a communications network that is powered by a constellation of hundreds of Low Earth Orbit (LEO) satellites.


Our goal is to enable high speed, low-latency internet connectivity for public and private sector organisations, in any location across the world.


About The Role


We are now recruiting for a Projects Administrator to join our ambitious, forward-thinking business and be part of the technology revolution in space.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Providing administrative support to the projects team
  • Ensuring all relevant documents are received from new customers
  • Checking customer credit limits
  • Updating internal systems with credit limits
  • Setting up new customers on the internal system correctly
  • Processing customer orders
  • Preparing and reviewing all shipping documentation for export.
  • Liaising with the warehouse to check stock availability and order fulfilment.
  • Day to day you'll be planning and coordinating freight forwarders
  • Raising Commercial Invoices
  • Ensuring all paperwork is completed in line with customs and exports criteria
  • To assist export agents as and when required
  • Previous experience of working in a highlevel administrative role, exporting or sales administration would be advantageous
  • The ability to prioritise workload without supervision.
  • Excellent communication skills in order to deliver accurate information with both colleagues and external stakeholders.
  • Good Customer Service skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.
  • Excellent reporting skills.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Conscientious and reliable with a positive, proactive and adaptable approach.
  • Ability to solve problems methodically and actively seek resolutions.

Salary:
£25,000.00 per year
