- Commitment to attend 6 evening meetings in Gloucester per year plus occasional additional meetings or membership of working groups.
- Have 3 years plus in area of expertise/profession
- Understanding of and compliance with the guidance and requirements set out by the Charity Commission and Companies House.
- Commitment to engage in a timely manner in email discussions and decisions that are needed for matters arising urgently between meetings.
