London - £26k - £27k + £70k OTE

We are a leading Executive Recruitment Firm looking to add top graduate talent to our office.

Our team is dedicated and full of career driven individuals who have been trained to professionally deliver recruitment solutions to reputable companies across the US.

What is an Executive Recruitment Consultant?

Within our company being rewarded for your hard work is what we are all about, we know that Executive Recruitment isn't easy.

So when you are hitting your targets we offer quarterly incentives which can include:
the races, the tennis and Michelin star restaurants.

If you are a top biller you'll then be taken on trips abroad to places like Marbella, Meribel, Dubai These incentives are there to keep you motivated but if you don't have the drive and self-motivation already this is not the job for you.

Although Executive Recruitment has lots of perks there are also downsides to the role, it is a form of sales and with sales comes rejection.

The rejection in these roles is constant, if you struggle bouncing back from knock backs, you will not enjoy this position
