We have a great opportunity for an enthusiastic, highly-motivated team member to work supporting the Integrated Community Services team in the Derby City locality.

Will be required to cover various sites

Our team is experienced and professional, made up of community matrons, district nurses, care co-ordinators, therapists and of course our admin team.

This role is essential for supporting high quality care for patients in the community.

The new team member will primarily be based in Florence Nightingale Hospital working within the integrated community team.

The post is for various hours supporting our service which operates from 8am-6pm.
