Are you a social media ninja who knows all the latest trends, memes, and hashtags? Are you passionate about creating amazing content? Do you have experience running social media for a progressive B2B and/or B2C brand? If so, we want you


We are looking for a Social Media & Content Associate to join our team and take our social media presence to the next level.

You will be responsible for creating and executing social media campaigns that resonate with our audience, shines a light on our amazing members and drive engagement and growth for our brand, as well as ensuring that all of our brilliant member events and experiences are promoted effectively across all of our hubs.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Obtaining guidance from the Head of Brand to develop social media strategies that align with our brand and business goals;
  • Developing and executing social media campaigns across multiple platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok ensuring Huckletree stays top of mind and at the forefront of conversation;
  • Working with our Creative Lead to develop regular and fresh content and templates, including photos, videos, and graphics, that are visually appealing and engaging;
  • Cocreating content with our members, team members, and ambassadors including long form content (i.e. Medium & blog posts) and videos;
  • Monitoring our social media channels, responding to comments and messages, engaging with our followers and ensure we are following the right accounts;
  • Analysing our social media metrics and using data to inform future campaigns and strategies;
  • Support with training team members to ensure we are capturing content regularly across all of our hubs and building our internal skillset;
  • Staying on top of emerging social media platforms and trends, and experimenting with new approaches to social media marketing;
  • Working alongside our Head of Programming to promote our amazing event & experiences programme ahead of time across all of our hubs via social media, eventbrite, website and designled posters;
  • Regularly attend events across our London hubs, capturing content and sharing it on social media in a compelling and engaging way;
  • Lead on creating our external and member newsletters every month, with the support of community teams and Head of Brand.

Requirements:


  • A strong passion for social media and communication;
  • Experience of writing and creating compelling content for B2B and B2C audience;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Experience creating and executing social media campaigns across multiple platforms and building audiences across channels;
  • Proficiency with social media management tools, analytics platforms and design tools (e.g. Hootsuite, Canva);
  • Strong visual storytelling skills, with the ability to create and design compelling photos, videos, and graphics;
  • A proactive approach to problemsolving and a willingness to experiment with new approaches;
  • A collaborative and optimistic mindset, with the ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams and bring people along on the journey;
  • Genuine curiosity and interest in tech innovation and creative industries is a big plus
