£21,968 rising to £22,369 on successful completion of induction and probation period

About you:

About the role:


Shared Lives is a unique scheme that offers tailor made support to adults by matching carers with the people we support.

You will work alongside our existing team to support our existing and new Shared Lives placements.

This will involve forming valuable and supportive relationships with carers and with the people we support, along with providing support, advice and assistance to ensure matched placements achieve positive outcomes.
