Transparent is supporting this dynamic business in the recruitment of a Statutory Accountant to join them on a permanent basis.

This represents a rare opportunity to join a FTSE100 business and gain invaluable knowledge and experience along the way.


Duties will include:

  • Statutory compliance; on time production all of UK statutory accounts
  • Preparation for all other statutory filings: VAT/P11Ds/ONS/PSA/Intrastat
  • Assist with the implementation of regulatory changes across the UK, including IFRS 1
  • Assist with treasury management
  • Assist with transfer pricing queries
  • Internal and external audit point of contact
  • Audit and ensure compliance
  • Balance sheet audit
You will need to be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA) and have proven experience in financial accounting.


Reporting into the Regional Financial Controller, you will need to have strong technical skills, a good understanding of IFRS and the statutory reporting cycle.
