Express Recruitment are proud to be recruiting for a well-known local authority who are looking for an Administrator to join their Business Support team on a temporary basis in order to support with the demanding workflow.


Within the role, you will be working to defined business standards and processes to perform routine clerical tasks to include taking telephone calls and relaying messages to the correct department, checking and verifying information, and ensuring all financial processes are carried out with accuracy.

Full training will be provided on-site from the professionals, therefore great attentiveness and a willingness to learn is a requirement for your success within the role.


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop basic systems and processes
  • Undertake a range of financial management processes
  • Responsible for the organisation of meetings and events
  • Undertake reception duties where required

Skills & Experience

  • Good use of Microsoft Excel
  • Experience of providing business support in a busy environment
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal
