Description

Working as part of the retail catering team, you will supervise multiple catering outlets ensuring service level agreements are maintained, food safety & health and safety processes and due diligence are followed.

Duties include - The coaching and development of the team to deliver service excellence within allocated outlets of responsibility.

Lead your team to encourage interaction with all customers, to interpret their needs, provide efficient and professional service and ensure their actions maximise sales and revenue.

Management of team will encompass staff rota preparation, PDPR appraisals, annual leave management and daily deployment of staff to outlets dependent on business needs.

This is a hands-on role, being a trained Barista conducting basic food preparation, cooking and sandwich preparation.

You will be educated to degree level or equivalent or have a proven track record of extensive work experience.

You will require previous experience of line managing, training and coaching a team as well as experience of working to sales targets, food safety and stock management.

Excellent communication skills are also essential.
