Network Specialist - HSEQ _**
What will you be doing?:
- Schedule and complete HSEQ
- Sign off on completion of key stage activities against project deliverables, manage Snag list and subsequent rectifications
- Provide On Site Liaison on in progress works with land owners and project sponsors.
- Produce compliance reports on Supply Chain progress, performance, Corrective actions and as built and measure sheet supplier submissions.
- Undertake direct works as requested & deemed competent to do so, and deliver output to agreed SLAs, including but limited to:
- ODF audits
- Cable Tracing
- Patch Cord identification
- Completion of required number of audits per month to required quality and analysis of results
- Escalate findings as per HSEW process and manage remedial activities completion and Support supplier service review process
- Support Project liaison and delivery issue resolution & report
Who are we looking for?:
- Expert knowledge of telecommunications installation practices and standards (civils, cable and splicing)
- Good knowledge of HS&E monitoring, management and reporting processes
- Understanding of H&S legislation (inc CDM2012),
- Understanding of telecommunications networks
- NRSWA accredited to assess on site compliance against chapter 8 of New Roads and Street Works Act
- IOSH, Construction Skills Certification Scheme accreditation or similar
- NEBOSH accredited
- Full UK driving licence.
- PC Literate.
