Responsibilities:


  • Follow global digital marketing strategies to achieve marketing and business goals
  • Provide support and enable the success of all local and regional marketing teams
  • Maintenance and optimisation of tracking, segmentation and automation processes
  • Consistent and reliable reporting on all key campaign optimisation and performance metrics

Duties:


Strategy:


  • Take a lead and support the direction provided by the Global CRM Manager
  • As a data user, adhere to the latest global privacy laws, guidelines, and code
  • Identify gaps in existing processes, tools and communications and contribute to ways to improve them

Campaign Execution

  • Initiate a testandlearn methodology from a systemslevel and campaignlevel
  • Employ optimisation techniques to maximise impact towards our northstar metric: Interaction Rate

Lead Capture:


  • Optimise sign ups, brochure requests, product enquiries via external and inbound channels
  • Manage the quality and consistency of the data captured on the systems for marketing and sales maximisation

CRM Maintenance and Management:


  • Maintain a clean, nurtured database of active contacts by consistently 'cleaning house' with regards to automation, tags, segments, lists and reports
  • Stay on top of our MarTech and data source integrations with a responsibility to escalate any warnings or concerns
  • Ensure all campaigns adhere to naming conventions to allow for clearer communications between teams
  • Continuously look to improve understanding of our CRM through selflearning, webinars and education through our Account Manager resources

Customer Insights:


  • Use behavioural / responsebased insight to improve segmentation and target relevant audience groups
  • Increase conversion by identifying trends in customer behaviour for both onplatform and offplatform

Relationships:


  • Adopt the 'One Roland' team culture across global, local and regional teams
  • Work alongside the Global Project Management Team to openly communicate daily campaign progress through our team's PMS
  • Participate in Project/Campaign kickoff meetings, weekly meetings, and onetoone meetings to clearly understand expectations on an individual and team level
  • Provide Sales and Product teams visibility to the power of the CRM and improve their understanding of the potential within their respective category/market

Experience, Skills & Qualifications required:


  • Proven campaign management experience and organizational skills including the ability to set and drive requirements across multiple projects
  • Ability to work on own initiatives, requiring mínimal supervision the ability to "take a project and run with it" is key
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders to prioritize tasks and projects effectively
  • Experience with Active Campaign or similar marketing automation system
  • Ability to think critically, identify solutions and deliver recommendations based on data and analysis
  • Must be able to work independently and be teamoriented, reliable and dependable
  • Strong initiative, creative thinking, attention to detail and work ethic
  • Be an advocate for the platform and contribute to knowledge sharing across all the regional teams
