Teaching Assistant - L18 Area - Start ASAP
MILK Education are partnering with an 'Good' Primary school in the L18 area who are looking for a pro-active and passionate LSA/Teaching Assistant to start a long-term role to start ASAP until This is a temp to perm role

The post is a full-time position, and as the teaching assistant, you will be working in a Year 4 class and supporting the Teacher with providing engaging lessons and support children with their learning.

The school has great facilities and a very supportive team. You will be supporting a child with ASD and learning difficulties.

The post is full time, working 8.45am - 3.15pm Monday to Friday.

The role as the teaching assistant:

As the teaching Assistant, you will provide Support to children in a year 4 class
Contribute to a safe, positive atmosphere that helps children learn and develop
Playing a major role in the safeguarding and welfare of the pupils

The requirements:

An understanding of strategies required to form strong working relationships with children

- experience working with children in last 5 years in any setting

Genuine passion and belief in the potential of every child
