About the role
We expect you to be up-to-date and savvy with the latest social platforms, popular culture and trends.

Experience of working in an in-house environment is desired where you will have worked under pressure and managed conflicting demands.

The ability to plan, manage and prioritise your workload and to work under your own initiative is essential, as is the ability to work alongside your colleagues on group projects.


Key Relationships:
Reporting into the Head of Marketing and working closely with the wider programming team and sales team.


The Role...

  • Measure and analyse the performance of brand social channels
  • Coordinate and manage venuespecific Facebook content in line with brand and social campaigns and venue needs through the scheduling platform.
  • Management of venue content to ensure all social content is on brand, and has the correct TOV and calltoactions.
  • Create interesting and engaging social content on our TikTok and Instagram channels.
  • Community management of guests on our brand channels
  • Assisting with the implementation of social content across all channels
  • Identify new trends in social media, working with tight deadlines to be part of the conversation
  • Monitor, report and analyse results to improve performance, using the measure function on Falcon
  • Working closely with the Head of Marketing to create and curate innovative social campaigns that set K&G Hospitality apart from the F&B sector
  • Deliver monthly, and seasonal social reporting to the marketing team
  • Work closely with the wider marketing team to create exciting campaigns in line with the wider marketing strategy.

We are looking for

  • 2+ years' experience in similar role
  • Passion for social media and thorough knowledge and understanding of all key platforms
  • Social video skills or basic videographer skills would be ideal.
  • Creative flair and an eye for great imagery
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills
  • Experience using social content management tools and social listening platforms
  • Microsoft Excel

  • Is an ambassador for the brand.
  • Attends training, meetings and other events as requested by direct managers or senior management.
  • Assists colleagues by completing task outside own job role when requested, including supporting brand partners.
  • Maintains own working area in a professional and organised manner.
  • Is able to work flexibly with expectations to work for parts of the evenings and weekends.
  • Always strives to improve on personal development and increase knowledge of own and related job functions.
  • Paid social experience desirable

£30,000.00 per year
