Then look no further... we have a fantastic opportunity to join B&M as an Area Manager in a brand-new area - West Midlands
- *Please note only applicants who live within a 30 _minute commute from Birmingham/West Midlands will be consider for this position._
With over 700 Stores across the UK and an exciting new store opening plan scheduled for 2023, we're growing at a phenomenal rate and because of that growth we are excited to recruit for newly created Areas We're also committed to developing our people andproviding opportunities to everyone at all levels, succession remains heavily at the heart of our business.
We are recruiting an Area Manager who is passionate about people, customers and achieving challenging but rewarding business goals.
In a newly created area consisting of c.15 stores that turns over £multi million pounds per year, you'll need to be commerciallydriven and will be given the autonomy to drive the performance of your area as if it's your own business.
You'll motivate, nurture, and encourage your team to develop on their personal performance as well as deliver the business strategy using exceptionalleadership and coaching skills.

To be successful, you'll be able to demonstrate:
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience in managing multisite operational teams in a faced paced retail environment
- A proven track record of delivering sales targets
- Experience in change management, leading & implementing business strategy, plans and driving compliance
- Working knowledge of current employment practices
- Computer literate with a basic level of Excel
- Experience in presenting and influencing senior stakeholders and teams
