Our very own Stores Director started with us as a Store Manager - so once you are part of the B&M team, the opportunities are endless

We are recruiting an Area Manager who is passionate about people, customers and achieving challenging but rewarding business goals.

In a newly created area consisting of c.15 stores that turns over £multi million pounds per year, you'll need to be commerciallydriven and will be given the autonomy to drive the performance of your area as if it's your own business.

You'll motivate, nurture, and encourage your team to develop on their personal performance as well as deliver the business strategy using exceptionalleadership and coaching skills.

To be successful, you'll be able to demonstrate:

Strong leadership and communication skills
Experience in managing multisite operational teams in a faced paced retail environment
A proven track record of delivering sales targets
Experience in change management, leading & implementing business strategy, plans and driving compliance
Working knowledge of current employment practices
Computer literate with a basic level of Excel
Experience in presenting and influencing senior stakeholders and teams
