    Description

    A major commercial vehicles manufacturer is seeking a Parts Supervisor to lead their parts department and manage parts advisors in Farnborough. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing parts and supervising teams or mentoring parts advisors.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage the parts team to ensure timely completion of after-sales tasks
    • Implement customer follow-up calls and liaise with the service manager on any issues
    • Monitor and chase back orders, receipt and reconciliation of stock orders, and report any discrepancies
    • Manage inter-depot transfers, exchange units, and parts warranty process
    • Organize rolling stock takes and report findings, manage negative stock, and sign off van check sheets

    Requirements:

    • Knowledge of commercial vehicles and parts or automotive industry
    • Parts stock control qualification preferred
    • Previous supervisory experience preferred
    • Computer literate with Excel knowledge
    • Fleet licence
