What you'll be doing

  • Support the delivery of Leadership, Talent & Performance (LTP) solutions in Digital with a commercial focus.
  • Assist in leadership sessions to drive the LTP agenda.
  • Create relevant content and collateral for LTP at all levels.
  • Analyse data and metrics, providing insights to inform robust decisionmaking.
  • Make impactful recommendations based on insights and understanding of BTwide solutions.
  • Exercise consulting skills to identify and deliver relevant solutions aligned with business needs.
  • Collaborate with internal comms to ensure a cohesive story when marketing LTP solutions.
  • Train, support, and coach HRBPs for better LTP outcomes.
  • Collaborate across HR to become a trusted delivery partner.
  • Arrange, host, and facilitate meetings and events, supporting the annual calendar of LTP activities.

Skills and experience

  • Experience in designing or delivering peoplerelated activities.
  • Effective collaboration with multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficient stakeholder management.
  • Proven ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work efficiently with a structured and methodical approach.
  • Skills in data analysis and presentation.
  • Strong EQ with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated outsidein thinking, continuous learning, and an understanding of the digital context.
