Are you looking for an opportunity to progress as part of your gardening career? We are looking for a talented
GARDENING TEAM LEADER to join our award-winning business.

Your role will be to lead teams providing professional gardening services to residential and commercial clients in North London, Hertfordshire and surrounding areas.

When you join us, you'll benefit from our commitment to continuous training and development.

Whatever level of experience you bring on day one, you will gain more knowledge and skills while working with us.

We want to help you to enjoy your work and take pride in what you achieve.

As a starting point, we expect you to be enthusiastic about beautiful gardens, with a good knowledge of plants, pruning, lawn care and pest and disease identification and treatment.

You will also have proven leadership and job coaching skills and excellent time management. In addition you will need to be well presented and able to communicate effectively with clients and team members.

Please note that we are based in a semi-rural location with limited public transport to reach the yard. Work vehicles will be available during the work day. You will be working on sites throughout Hertfordshire, North London and surrounding areas. A full driving licence (manual) is essential for all applicants.


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
