Are you a flexible HR Generalist with wanting to work with a charity?

We are proud to be partnering with a great international charity that advocates for freedom of expression.

They are looking for a HR Generalist to provide operational support across the employee life cycle to embed systems and good practice for people management that reflect the values of the charity on a full-time basis for 6 months.

Offering remote working.

You will provide operational support including, recruitment and onboarding for new employees. You will maintain the HR system. You will act as the first line support for HR related enquiries.

You will produce accurate correspondences including new starter offer letters and contracts, probation and absence letters and any other relevant documentation as required.

You will work closely with the People and Payroll Managers and provide support on payroll processes as required.

You will also work with the Learning and Development Manager, to provide support in the preparation and coordination of training courses.
