Our large Oversubscribed Secondary Academy in the heart of Oxford is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a cover supervisor.

Our brand-new building houses a thriving learning environment with over 1500 students, and we're lookingfor someone who is eager to make a positive impact on the education of our young people.

As a cover supervisor, you'll be responsible for overseeing classes in the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring that students stay on task and maintain a positive and productive learning environment.

You'll need to be able to think on your feet, managea classroom, and have a strong desire to make a difference.

To be considered for this role, you should have a degree and be available to work 3-5 days a week, this rota can offer flexibility.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and rewarding environmentor someone more experienced looking to join a supportive and well constructed team.

Immediate start with a flexible contract on offer from after February half term

Ongoing CPD offered monthly
