We are looking to hire a Senior Consultant

Position Overview

Being part of an experienced advisory team focused on business development and helping clients to achieve operational excellence in their digital transformation journey.

Connecting and working with the who's who in the industry mainly C-Levels. Being a member of a high-performance team in an international environment. Highly collaborative and supportive working atmosphere.

Role & Responsibilities

• You will develop IT roadmaps, target operating models and business cases to implement emerging technologies supporting digital business transformations and shape the future role of the IT department.
• You will conduct transactions with the leading IT service and cloud providers.

Required Skillsets

• The advancement of consulting services and the knowledge of trends and developments are familiar to you.
• You are familiar with the leadership of project teams and have proven track record in building and expanding the business with customers.
• You have a very high level of selfinitiative and a distinct commitment, as well as high abstractive capacity and analytical and conceptual thinking, communication with the management (Clevel) is as familiar to you as the cooperation with technically oriented teams.
• Depending on the country you like to join a C1 equivalent language level and fluent English skills.
• Experience in managing projects remote and as well still a willingness to travel complete your profile.
• Experience in financial services, insurance or manufacturing as well as French or Italian skills are an advantage.
• You will interact regularly with our clients' project teams and managers, and, in this context, you will demonstrate solid interpersonal skills, including strong listening skills, as well as leadership in explaining and convincing's.

Education

• Bachelor of Arts or Science degree in a technical or scientific field
• MBA or another advanced degree (s) desirable
