Description
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with managers and leaders to understand their objectives and provide HR guidance and support.
Develop and implement HR policies and programmes that align with business objectives and drive our organisational effectiveness.
Advise and coach leaders on various HR matters, including performance management, employee relations, talent acquisition, and succession planning.
Partner with managers and leaders to identify and address employee development needs, including training, coaching, and career development initiatives, with the support of our Training & Apprenticeship Lead
Support our pay and benefits arrangements, including payroll liaison
Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and interventions, ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment.
Proactively analyse HR data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, developing actionable solutions.
Stay up-to-date with HR best practices, industry trends, and employment legislation to ensure compliance and inform HR strategies.
Handle employee relations matters, including investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
Collaborate with the HR team and wider business on various projects and initiatives to continuously enhance the HR service offering
