- Administrating collation and control of blue Collar time sheets
- Coordination of all allocation, timesheet and payroll systems and carry out weekly reconciliation.
- To enter data into payroll system
- To respond to wage queries in compliance with CMS and ensure these are dealt with in a timely manner
- Schedule and administration of Safety Audits, Good spots, Safety Reports
- Ensure all administration duties are completed in line with BUK site and corporate expectations
- To produce weekly Working Time Directive compliance reports.
- Maintain holiday/ absence tracker reports
- To produce and process weekly agency spreadsheets detailing confirmed hours and payments due as required
- Work within SAP to update and obtain required information
- Use a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Excel (advanced level, Inc. Pivot tables) Word, Outlook, and Power Point.
- Raise and record PO's to enable client billing.
- Update Contract KPI data.
- Responsible for the physical management and tracking of policies, revisions, change documentation, and signature logs in accordance with Company policy
- Maintain and administer the valuation process, ensuring valuation data is accurately processed
- Compilation and issue of a wide range of company documentation including Budget Cost Estimates & Cost Reports.
- Ensure timely and accurate invoicing of all work completed within the monthly accounting period, ensuring that for each job, costs & revenues are summarised by job.
- Running SAP cost reports against material, PPE and consumable spend
- Work pack cost reporting to include NPT and delays against agreed scope
