Description

TSR are recruiting for a Site Manager to join our client, an incredibly successful, bespoke building company in Manchester, who work alongside a number of local authorities to build quality homes and apartments.

This project consists of 31 apartments and 6 houses.

As Site Manager you will:

Take the lead on construction projects, managing all aspects including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and overseeing the work of subcontractors and other members of the construction team.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards through effective planning and coordination of all project activities.
Act as a role model for safety, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, including health and safety, environmental, and building codes.
Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure successful project delivery.
Monitor project progress and take corrective action as necessary to ensure completion on time, within budget and according to project specifications.
Maintaining a safe working environment by ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with company health and safety policies and procedures.
