Beauty Triangle International Ltd isn't your average business, we are an award winning beauty distribution and beauty training company that has been trading for 15 years.

We hold the exclusive rights to the prestigious Lycon waxing system along with other beauty and skincare products and equipment.

The business is in an exciting period of change and this role is pivotal to the growth and success of the company going forward.

Having relocated our head office and warehouse to Haddenham, 1 Mile from Haddenham & Thame Station, we are looking for an exceptional Sales Director to help grow our business and streamline processes.


The Role:


The Sales Director will report directly to the business owners and be a key driver of the company's growth strategy, making a significant personal contribution to sales and regularly securing new business.

As well as being a visible and proactive leader who can motivate and develop a team to be their best.


We need a hunter who has excellent leadership qualities and is comfortable taking accountability for top-line growth and improving results on a monthly basis.

You are the force in driving all sales, seeking out new sales and marketing opportunities, recognising and repairing failing revenue streams.

You will have a combination of strong selling skills, with strong marketing and business development skills. You will be well versed with influencing and executing improved operational procedures and reporting.

You will help manage and lead product development, training, finance, customer service and operations, ensuring all are working together to deliver the overall strategy.

You will be responsible for building a high performance team capable of delivering growth.

You will be the force driving the sales, new market opportunities and overall productivity, however you will be comfortable rolling your sleeves up and working with a hands on attitude.

You will inspire confidence and generate excitement, enthusiasm and driving commitment from the team, through your upbeat, friendly yet persuasive personality.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop strategic direction and plans for commercial functions including all wholesale and retail sales, marketing, business development and customer experience.
  • Actively seek new business opportunities and exploit them to create better margins and improved revenue streams.
  • Look closely at people, processes and systems to identify where improvements can be made as well as opportunities for near term incremental changes.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our wholesale & retail customers and their objective and then be able to influence at all levels.
  • Work closely with our Web/ digital team to help improve and grow our B2C sales.
  • Create and implement a new outreach Sales and education team that are on the road working across UK territories to increase wholesale accounts and improve customer loyalty.
  • Work cross functionally and collaboratively with Training, Marketing, and our outsource digital team to ensure that plans are connected and integrated to achieve the best ROI.
  • Work closely with our marketing and digital team to drive effective strategies that optimise retail opportunities.
  • Work with directors to develop annual marketing plan
  • Embed a culture of continuous improvement and consistency of processes across the business.
  • Responsible for the implementation and achievement of your goals and financial objectives. Develop longterm plans and budgets. Monitor progress, assure adherence and evaluate performance.
  • Manage and educate the sales team to ensure sales targets are met or exceeded. Manage sales pipeline to ensure accurate and adequate lead inflow to reach targeted sales objectives.
  • Improve ways of incentivising the sales team through better KPI's and bonus that will deliver the best ROI.
  • Deliver monthly management sales and staff performance reports.
  • Monitor people, processes and systems to identify weaknesses and implement improvements though 121 staff meetings
  • Ensure systems and procedures are operating efficiently to ensure the smooth operation of the company.
  • Tangible track record for a minimum of 5 years driving the top line sales growth, improving results month by month and increasing profit.
  • Experience of sitting on a senior leadership team, understanding the bigger picture of an organisation and the ability to bring new ideas and execute these ideas.
  • Experience of implementing the necessary changes to processes, systems and the team to ensure continued growth.
  • Strategic thinker with a proven ability to set and implement a retail strategy leading a team as you do so in balancing long term vision with short term deliverables.
  • Extensive experience with financial reporting, P&L, budges and setting targets, creating commission structures and KPI's
  • Previous experience within a business which has B2B and B2C clients and growing a strong
