• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to lift 50 pounds required
• Ability to work in all types of weather conditions (summer months)
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team required
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
• Must be able to work Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm and Saturdays from 8 am to 12 noon (no weekends)

• Organize and maintain inventory of nursery stock, including plant material, trees, shrubs, etc.
• Maintain the appearance of the nursery by maintaining the grounds and grounds upkeep, picking up trash, etc.
• Assist with general shop duties such as building trays, boxes, etc.
• Work closely with the landscape team on maintenance projects including but not limited to watering and pruning tasks

• Selby: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

• GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

• Nursery: 1 year (preferred)
• Nursery experience: 1 year (preferred)
• Childcare: 1 year (preferred)

• Driving Licence (preferred)
