If the answer is yes, then joining this exciting opportunity to join our Community Ambulatory Wound Care Service at Midlands Partnership Foundation NHS Trust in East Staffordshire could be the perfect career move for you.

This service operates over 7 daysin both the Uttoxeter and Burton area providing wound care for ambulatory patients

As a Registered Nurse with current NMC registration you will have significant post qualification experience in wound care.

We are looking for someone with passion and enthusiasm for delivering high quality person centred care in line with the Trust's organisationalvision and values.

Also if you possess strong communication and organisational skills and a flexible approach, to working collaboratively with patients and key partners to facilitate the best possible patient experience and outcomes, then this is the post for you

Main duties of the job


You must have effective communication and interpersonal skills, be prepared to work flexibly and collaboratively to meet the needs of the service and demonstrate a willingness to extend and develop your existing skills.

In return, we will offer you developmentopportunities, clinical supervision and mentorship support and deliver a formal induction programme.

As a member of the Ambulatory clinic team, you will be required to demonstrate passion and ability to assess, plan, provide and evaluate evidence based nursing care for patients, while also possessing strong clinical reasoning and prioritisation skills andbe able to work effectively, both independently and as a member of a team

You will be required to work flexibly on a rota system across a 7 day working week
