This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced operational leader to join our team and lead the crucial services in Adult Community Inpatients.

These services currently consist of five community bed wards across the county, a Returning Independence Bed Unit (RIBU) in Northampton, and Specialist Palliative Care (SPC) services across the county, including two hospices in Northampton and Kettering.

You will have an excellent track record for delivering results in an operational setting and you will demonstrate an ability to influence, engage and lead others to drive continuous improvement in all service settings, to the ultimate benefit of service users and colleagues.

Being a visible and authentic leader is a key part of working within these services.

Therefore, the postholder will be expected to travel across the county routinely to visit teams in their bases and to ensure delivery against service and Trust objectives.

NHFT is an integrated primary care and mental health Trust, providing physical, mental health and specialty services in both hospital settings and out in the community.

Because we put the person at the centre of all we do, we focus on delivering care that is as easy to access as possible.

This means many of our services can be provided at home, work or in schools. We also provide health services to various prisons and detention centres in Bedfordshire and Cambridgeshire.
