Premier Work Support are collaborating with a rapidly expanding business, who design and manufacture specialist equipment.

This is to recruit for a permanent
Production Team Leader to lead and manage a team within the business, to be based in the Bexley area.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Ensure that team members follow defined manufacturing procedures and comply with quality requirements
Ensure full adherence to good housekeeping standards are always met
Ensure equipment is within calibration date and all systems are functioning correctly
Ensure all records are completed appropriately
Ensure that nonconforming material is clearly identified and segregated
Manage picking to your area
Monitor and maintain all safety equipment and tools
Identify training and development needs to management
Be part of the corrective action process when your area is affected
Monitor team performance and report to your manager/direct report
Set clear team goals and KPI's.
