Great chance to Step up to management for a Senior/ Advanced Prac to become a Fostering Team Manager for an Independent Fostering Charity in Romford, Essex.

Bring up to the next level your social care experience by working for a non-profit organisation, this will help having a different social care perspective and see how the voluntary sector is running this


As the Fostering Team Manager will be responsible of managing a team of 15 people, helping them achieve outstanding outcomes for the children of the service, working within the fostering charities's guidelines, National Minimum Standards and Fostering legislation.


You will work as a Fostering Team Manager in conjunction with the main head office in Romford and there will be some flexibility to work from home from time to time.

Although this is mainly an office based role, please bear this in mind.
