Description

What you'll do...

Work within the driver development team delivering a variety of courses and training / development interventions to trainee and existing drivers
Effectively deliver training in compliance with legislation and internal standards, providing role model performance in respect of adherence to policies and procedures at all times
Provide flexible support and cover as required with other tasks undertaken within the driver development team
Organise self and materials effectively to ensure smooth delivery of training and support
Conform to all health, safety and environmental regulations at all times

Experience, Knowledge & Qualifications Required

Must hold a valid PCV Licence for a minimum of 3 years
Be organised, flexible and adaptable
A strong communicator
Have a 'can do' attitude and ability to solve problems on own initiative
Previous training experience in PCV instruction for non Category D Licence holders is essential
RoSPA Gold qualification an advantage
